The Teacher Training Centre at AiA Doradztwo i Edukacja Psychologiczna Sp. z o.o. has been operating since 2011. Specialists from the centre conduct training courses, workshops and conferences for teachers and students. The centre has trained more than 2,000 teachers, thanks to which it cooperates with numerous schools in Wielkopolska. It carries out projects co-financed by the European Social Fund, including: "Teacher of the 21st century"; "Educating for the future. Raising the level of knowledge and competences of students at the Primary School and Secondary School in Szelejewo".

Deals with the development of educational programmes and research with a special focus on (among other things) education. The Faculty of Social Sciences is one of Norway's largest centres for education and research in its field. A key person involved in the project is Robin Isfold Munkvold, Associate Professor in Information Technology. Robin has been teaching and researching in the field of information technology, software development and digital games for 15 years. He has published a number of international articles on the subject and has been a project manager for games and learning projects. Among other things, Robin co-founded and developed an educational games portal for schools and is part of the management group of the Centre for Excellent IT-education.

It has run educational and training projects since 2010. The company has specialised in the production of educational digital content of high quality. In recent years, the company has produced several hundred videos, animations and digital content meeting the WCAG 2.0 standard, special content modules for people with mild and moderate intellectual disabilities. The company successfully implements projects financed by EU grants, Norwegian funds and commissioned by the Ministry of Education. The company's team consists of subject matter experts, graphic designers, programmers, content editors and a wide range of collaborators in the creation of modern e-materials used by young people and adults.
